Sardar Samad Ahmed Majidi , born in 1976 in Erbil, Iraq, is a pioneering entrepreneur and visionary leader who has dedicated his career to fostering innovation, growth, and sustainability across diverse industries. As the Chairman and Founder of Agreen Group , established in 2005, Sardar has successfully built a diversified powerhouse with expertise in construction, trading, education, real estate, and more. His leadership has positioned Agreen Group as a trusted partner for both local and international organizations, including collaborations with UNHCR, UNDP, UNOPS, and UN-Habitat.

A graduate of Koya University’s Faculty of Law (2009), Sardar brings a strong legal background and extensive knowledge to his ventures. His expertise spans international trade contract disputes, arbitration, and land-related matters, making him a respected figure in the business community. In addition to his role at Agreen Group, Sardar has founded and led several successful enterprises, including Universe International School and College, Lafaw Company, BlueSky Company, and Shasoz Company, among others.

He is an Accredited International Commercial Arbitrator and a proud member of prestigious institutions such as the British Chamber of Commerce Union, Germany Chamber of Commerce Union, Erbil Chamber of Commerce Union, and the Erbil Contractors Union.
